LRIM Investment Management Ltd., a British Virgin Island company with a branch license in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, was established in 2005 to develop and manage a series of opportunistic investment products for institutions and High-Net-Worth individuals and to provide investment management and consulting services in the field of real estate and real estate related industries focused in the MENA region.
In 2006 Al Mal Capital PSC became a substantial investor in the Company. In 2009 Al Mal Capital increased its stake holding and extended office space to the Company.
Through its subsidiary, LRIM Holdings Ltd., a Cayman Islands company, the company manages a series of opportunistic real estate investment products.
In 2008, LRIM expanded its mandate to provide advice to regional MENA clients on Global real estate opportunities through carefully selected international partners.
