CBM Engineers, Inc. is a structural engineering design consultancy firm based in Houston, Texas, USA with branches in Dubai and Mumbai. The firm was established in 1975, providing complete structural engineering services for low, mid, high-rise buildings.
CBM has provided structural engineering services on all types of sophisticated projects throughout the USA and abroad, including many prominent structures in seismically active California, in the Middle East and in India.
American structural engineer Dr. Joseph Colaco has been the company’s president since its formation and has three vice presidents, who also serve as project managers: Div Parikh, T. M. Sheikh and Nick Tahtouh. The company has benefited from a stable continuity of staff member employment as the average length of service with the firm for the professional staff is twelve years.
CBM has contributed important services (full design, value engineering and peer review) in some of the famous high-rise building projects in USA, Middle East and India. The 75 story JPMorgan Chase Tower, Houston, 165 story Burj Dubai, Dubai and 60 story Twin Towers, The Imperial, Mumbai, India are some of the high-rise projects done by CBM.
